1. Token advances paid for Wash bookings or Kiosk orders are primarily used to confirm your slot and prepare materials.
2. We reserve the right to modify prices and availability of services without prior notice.
3. All disputes are subject to Kaushambi, UP jurisdiction.
Mahaveer Hub values your privacy. We collect basic details such as Name, Mobile Number, and Vehicle details strictly for service fulfillment and billing purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketing agencies. Payment information is securely processed via our payment gateway partner (Razorpay) and is not stored on our servers.
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. Please read our cancellation terms:
Cancellation: Customers can cancel their booking/order within 10 minutes of placement without any penalty.
Refunds: If a booking is cancelled by us due to technical issues or unavailability, the full token advance (e.g., ₹10 or ₹50) will be refunded.
Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Food/Kiosk Delivery: Home delivery for food items is available strictly within a 3 KM radius of our outlet. The standard delivery time is 15-30 minutes depending on the preparation time.
Service Fulfillment: Car wash and detailing services are performed at our outlet or via scheduled home-pickup within our specified service area.
